Stacy designed and managed special events, wrote business proposals, and progressively took on more responsibility for managing and visually presenting information to sell events. She also acted as impromptu IT manager, shepherding the small business through an anticlimactic Y2K transition. She spent­­ New Year’s Eve rebooting networks and desktop computers.
